Interested individuals can apply online through our website by filling out the registration form and providing the necessary details about their background and preferences. All the information is verified by our team before eligibility of attendance.

Yes, during the registration process, you can specify your preferences. We do our best to accommodate these while ensuring compatibility.

 If you wish to cancel the service, please inform us and request us within 24 hours of placing the final order with the payment via mail and phone call, A partial refund of 50% of the payment will be refunded. No refund will be given or a cancellation request will be accepted after 24 hours of placing an order and payment is made.

While we try to create meaningful connections, finding a match is not guaranteed. We encourage participants to stay engaged with our matchmaking services for future opportunities. We do have our regular matchmaking service/package and the participants can choose that as well. 

 Yes, the team of NRN MATCH will provide full guidance and support during the event.

You can cancel registration but registration charge is non refundable

Formal Wear

The event is a day-long affair, typically running from 9 AM to 10 PM, with breaks, lunch, dinner, and refreshments.

1-we don't disclose clients full name ,phone number and home address during the session'

2. All the attendees are strictly not allowed to disclose their full name, phone number and address including social media ID

3. We only share all the information when both party establish  mutual matching status within 72 hours of party,

You will be notified by mail within 72 hours after the event from our matchmaking team.

While we would love to accommodate every verified eligible application, our capacity is limited, and we can only accept a finite number of guests. If any spots become available, we will open the waitlist and accept people on a rolling basis

Yes, Any international applicant from Nepali community can apply, Residency in the particular country isn’t compulsory.

Yes, we enthusiastically encourage participation and will ensure designated spaces for preferences within the community.

While not mandatory, applicants aged 25 to 45 are recommended for a better chance at meaningful connections.

The fee helps cover event costs, application review staff, and marketing expenses for wider outreach.

Guests can join the after-party  but not the main event, The fee for guest is $199 each.

The participation fee for the convention overall is $499,  It includes, Classic Venue, Lunch, snack, Dinner, cocktail and many more with Matchmaking service charge.
